Client: Iris Sweden and MedLearn

Brief: Establish a brand positioning that attracts and builds a close relationship with students.

During the graduation exhibition at Berghs School of communication visitors where able to try our first prototype of Iris. Iris helped visitors with student counseling but she was also able to help visitors around the exhibition. She informed people about other projects, opening hours, after parties or where you could visit the bathroom. During these three days our Iris bot had conversations with over 400 unique visitors and received over 3600 messages. 
My role: Concept development, creative ideation and pitch. Connected the clients problem with the new possibilities with chatbots in Facebook messenger. I designed and developed the prototype and beta version of the Iris chatbot. UX-design and technical solutions for the chatbot.
