Client: Iris Sweden and MedLearn are education companies who believe that the best way to help people to a job is through a good and efficient education.

Brief: Establish a brand positioning that attracts and builds a close relationship with students.

Solution: Meet Iris, the worlds first career counseling bot. With Facebooks recent launch of bot integration in Messenger it’s now possible for organisations to connect with people in an innovative and interactive way. Just as easy it is to start a conversation with your friends and family, you can now connect with Iris directly in Facebook messenger. Iris can give you guidance and help you to find the right education for the job you’re looking for. She ask you the right questions and has the answers to yours. She informs you about upcoming application deadlines and helps you study. Or if you’d like - she can just keep you company. Our bot helps Iris Sweden and MedLearn to build new relationships and define their positions as personal, innovative and digital brands. 
During the graduation exhibition at Berghs School of communication visitors where able to try our first prototype of Iris. Iris helped visitors with student counseling but she was also able to help visitors around the exhibition. She informed people about other projects, opening hours, after parties or where you could visit the bathroom. During these three days our Iris bot had conversations with over 400 unique visitors and received over 3600 messages. 
My role: Concept development, creative ideation and pitch. Connected the clients problem with the new possibilities with chatbots in Facebook messenger. I designed and developed the prototype and beta version of the Iris chatbot. UX-design and technical solutions for the chatbot.
